EAGLEAPP TAXI

EAGLEAPP is a web-based app for ordering a transportation; it communicates transportation service requests to the transportation service providers who have been registered as users of the EAGLEAPP system. The private limited company EAGLEAPP PROTECH CO., LTD. (registry code 00034983) (we, us, our), which was founded in and continues to operate in the Kingdom of Cambodia, is the holder of rights and service provider of the EAGLEAPP.

USING THE EAGLEAPP

1. You acknowledge that EAGLEAPP does not provide transportation services or function as a transportation carrier, and that all such transportation services are provided by independent third-party contractors who are not employed by EAGLEAPP or any of its affiliates.

2. The use of the EAGLEAPP requires installation of the software and registration of a user account. During the installation of the EAGLEAPP, the mobile number of the EAGLEAPP service user is linked to the respective user account and added to the database.

3. Users are responsible for the security of their user name and password for the EAGLEAPP. EAGLEAPP may assume that anyone using a user's user name and password is authorized by the user to do so. Users must notify EAGLEAPP immediately on becoming aware of any unauthorized use of their user name or password or of any other security breach in connection with the EAGLEAPP.

4. When using the EAGLEAPP, the user can choose whether he/she wishes to pay for the transportation service using a credit or debit card.

EAGLEAPP è un'app web-based per l'ordinazione di un trasporto; comunica le richieste di servizi di trasporto ai fornitori di servizi di trasporto che sono stati registrati come utenti del sistema EAGLEAPP. La società a responsabilità limitata EAGLEAPP PROTECH CO., LTD. (codice di registro 00034983) (noi, noi, i nostri), che è stata fondata e continua ad operare nel Regno di Cambogia, è titolare di diritti e fornitore di servizi di EAGLEAPP.

 UTILIZZANDO L'EAGLEAPP

1. L'utente riconosce che EAGLEAPP non fornisce servizi di trasporto o funzioni come vettore di trasporto e che tutti tali servizi di trasporto sono forniti da appaltatori terzi indipendenti che non sono impiegati da EAGLEAPP o da alcuna delle sue affiliate.

2. L'uso di EAGLEAPP richiede l'installazione del software e la registrazione di un account utente. Durante l'installazione di EAGLEAPP, il numero di cellulare dell'utente del servizio EAGLEAPP è collegato al rispettivo account utente e aggiunto al database.

3. Gli utenti sono responsabili della sicurezza del proprio nome utente e password per EAGLEAPP. EAGLEAPP può presumere che chiunque usi il nome utente e la password di un utente sia autorizzato dall'utente a farlo. Gli utenti devono informare immediatamente EAGLEAPP di essere a conoscenza di qualsiasi uso non autorizzato del proprio nome utente o password o di qualsiasi altra violazione della sicurezza in relazione a EAGLEAPP.

4. Quando si utilizza EAGLEAPP, l'utente può scegliere se desidera pagare per il servizio di trasporto utilizzando una carta di credito o di debito.
